Residential Heater Registration posted 2/17/2010
Owners or operators of indirect-fired residential heaters that burn solid fuels are required to submit a registration permit to Linn County Public Health by February 28, 2010.

Air Quality Advisory posted 2/04/2010
Linn County Public Health is issuing an air quality advisory based on elevated fine particulate levels observed over the last 24 hours. It is projected that particulate matter levels will remain at moderate levels for the next 24-48 hours.

Stationary Internal Combustion Engine Registrations Now Available posted 12/07/2009
Stationary Internal Combustion Engines (Compression and Spaark Ignition) less than 400 bhp Registration Permits are available for download and submittal.

Residential Heater Registration Now Availabale posted 11/19/2009
The Residential Heater Registration Permit is now available for download. Also available is Planning & Development's Mechanical Permit for those in unincorproated areas of Linn County.

Board of Supervisors Approve Air Quality Ordinance posted 9/18/2009
On September 16, 2009, the Board of Supervisors approved the proposed ammendments to the Air Quality Ordinances to the Linn County Code. This includes conditional requirements for existing Outdoor Wood Boilers that do not meet the emission standard
